GRIHA
The story.
We grow faster.
GRIHA (Green Grading for Integrated Habitat Assessment) has been certified as India’s national rating system for green buildings by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), the Government of India, and TERI. Over 10 million square metres of built-up space have been registered as GRIHA compliant, thanks to the backing of the Indian government and significant participation from the business sector.
The implementation of GRIHA benchmarks ensures full compliance with various relevant national codes and standards (such as the Energy Conservation Building Code, the National Building Code, and guidelines issued by the Central Pollution Control Board) and helps to meet the National Mission on Sustainable Habitat and the Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission’s objectives.
