Shilpkaar Architects has worked on a number of Master Planning projects, including the development of residential townships, cultural centres, and industrial manufacturing facilities, among others. Because each project is unique in terms of location and requirements, a balanced mix of uses for the space is considered when developing. Our method is based on a collaborative team culture, which allows members of our team of architects to contribute their equally intelligent and relevant design ideas to the project and share and discuss them. Any Master Plan should include a variety of choices to address various urban concerns and built form requirements. There are two parts to our planning process:

• Assessing the project, the client’s needs, the project’s long-term viability, and the spatial relationships.
• Using a schematic method, offer an overall master planning design that is original, functional for the site, and addresses all of the client’s desires.

We think that end users should have an equal opportunity to participate in and communicate with our team on public and urban design projects. There’s no better way to understand how to design for a public area than to involve the people who will benefit from it.
