Akhil is the Senior Architect of SAPL and has over 11 years of experience in design and construction with understanding of Green Buildings. Akhil brings with him rich experience not only in the field of designing but also in the field of focused Design standards, project quality, design management, delivery on timelines, key ingredients in making project successful.
Akhil has also been an educator, having been a Guest Faculty with premier educational institutions in India. Akhil is a zealous promoter for the use of sustainability in the built environment with understanding of building regulations and norms for designing projects which includes commercial, residential, industrial & warehousing PAN India.
Akhil has done his Architecture from APEEJAY School of Architecture & Planning, Greater Noida, (U.P) & done his Masters in Urban Planning from one of the premier institutions in India, Malviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur.

Devendra brings with him rich experience in Structural Design, and has over 31 years of practice & expertise in analysis and designing of Complex Structures, Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Sports, facilities with research oriented approach to its execution with effective high performance, cutting edge solution for clients in PAN India & Overseas. Prior to his association with SAPL, he has worked with M/s. Roark Consulting Engineers as Principal Partner for over 14 years. Worked on multistory Group Housing Buildings, Industrial Structures, Toll Plazas, Depots for Metro Buildings etc. He has also worked with Kothari & Associates Pvt. Ltd. for 14 years as senior structural design engineer.

Design & Project Management , SAPL
An Electrical Engineer, working as an associate for SAPL, has devoted 40 Years in the Production floor, Planning, Project evaluation, Erection & Commissioning of electrical work in Paper Industry, Spinning mills, Food Industry & Engineering Industry, Electrification of new township including telecommunication, Residential buildings & Office Complexes.
Headed various new projects of complete electrification in Sokotostate, Nigeria, work handled involving complete planning of H.T. and L.T. electrical systems, telecommunication systems installation and final commissioning of the projects, in multi – storied building and in new towns.

Aashima is leading Green Entrepreneur, rendering services for SAPL and has over Five years of experience in promoting sustainability through her research oriented approach & skills. She has worked on Active/ Passive architecture with focus to incorporate green building features at the starting of the project, ensuring not to escalate the cost of the project beyond client’s budget.
Prior to her association with SAPL, She has worked with First Green Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram for one year and lead the team for certification for LEED in Platinum Category & Griha V-2015 pre-certification & achieved the same for their esteemed clients like DLF Ltd., Blue-1 Square, Capital-59. She has also worked with Green Tree Building Energy Pvt. Ltd., Noida as Energy Analyst & handled rating systems for their reputed clients/builders like ATS, Ajnara Homes, Royal Nest, Waves Group, Minarch overseas & NIT Rourkela.
She has done her Architecture from Vastu Kala Academy, Delhi and Masters in Sustainable Architecture from, Central University of Rajasthan.
