Ltd., and has over 27 years of rich experience & expertise in designing of Industrial/ Warehousing, Infrastructural facilities with research oriented approach to its execution with effective high performance with cutting edge solution for clients in India & abroad.

In particular, Vivek has built a market reputation for aiding clients in designing on fast track locations, together with “hands on” project schedule from inception to “go use” occupation.
Vivek has proven his mettle as premiere architect in the country as he has been awarded as the Best Industrial Architect in 2016 by Archi Design Magazine for Hi-tech Gears Ltd., Bhiwadi (Rajasthan).
Vivek has done his Architecture from BA Marathwada University, Aurangabad, Maharashtra one of the premier institution in India.

Shailendra is the co-founder of Shilpkaar Architects Pvt Ltd and has over 25 years of rich experience in Designing, Construction, Project Management & Infrastructure Development.

Prior to join hands with SAPL, Shailendra was project head with Amarnath Chiranjilal & Company, Delhi, handled project management, project quality, project safety & design management.

Before this Shailendra was associated with Modern India Architects, Dehradun & Planners Koncepts, Kanpur; responsible for design development to its execution.

Shailendra has worked in all sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Warehousing, Retail, Education & Housing.

In particular, Shailendra has designed around 10 Million Sq.ft area for developers, owners & corporates & creates his reputation in market of northern India for group housings & commercial buildings.
